Session Description

On this panel, Cathy Cavanaugh will discuss research on supporting online students with disabilities and their teachers using strategies for drop-out prevention; Kevin Oliver will discuss the development, implementation, and evaluation of two blended courses whose goal is to increase access to STEM courses for at-risk students in underserved districts; and Susan Lowes will present the results of ongoing research into strategies for increasing student-student interaction and collaboration through group work in virtual classrooms.
